“My name is Jenna.  I am in my early 20’s and I have wanted to be a model since I was a little girl. I am tall and everyone told me I had a great look!  That was all cool and everything, but just looks and height didn’t bring people knocking at my door. I didn't know how to get into the industry, or what I should do to get started.

"Some of my friends tried modeling, but they ended up spending money on false promises through various scams they tell you watch out for, but how do you know what is real and what isn’t?  I knew that I had to invest some money into myself, but I didn’t have the money to throw away on nothing. 

"About 7 years ago, I ended up meeting Alayna from Make Me A Model.  She was holding an event in my area and I had the opportunity to attend a workshop with her.  I learned so much about how the industry works and felt confident in the skills she taught me. I realized that by being a model, I am basically starting my own business.  I learned not only the business side of things, but she also taught me the skills I need to work as a model.
